Noxa just gave away 100% of its fees. The memecoin cycle it lived off is already over.
Giving away revenue you can't earn anymore is not generosity. It's a shutdown announcement with extra steps.

- →Noxa, Robinhood Chain's top memecoin launchpad, halted all new launches and announced it would give 100% of fees to creators by July 14.
- →The fee giveaway is Noxa surrendering revenue it stopped earning when CASHCAT dropped 33% and the memecoin cycle ended.
- →Watch whether CASHCAT recovers in the next 30 days. If it does not, Robinhood Chain is left with just $12.66M in real-world assets and no active launchpad.
- Launchpad → A platform where anyone can create and launch a new crypto token, usually by paying a fee to the platform.
- Real-world assets (RWA) → Traditional assets like loans or bonds that have been turned into tokens on a blockchain.
- Token spam → Low-quality tokens launched quickly to ride hype, with no real project behind them.
Noxa collected an estimated $12 million in fees. Then it decided the fees were the problem.
The launchpad shut down new launches on July 11 and went dark two days later, citing low-quality token spam. By July 14, Noxa announced it would redirect 100% of transaction revenue to creators. No platform cut going forward. The thing is, one trader's post put Noxa's daily fees near $3 million when it shut down. That figure comes from a single post and is not independently verified, according to CoinDesk. But the timing is not ambiguous. You give away revenue you can no longer earn. You don't give away revenue you're still making.
CASHCAT is the real story. The memecoin that drove most of Noxa's activity is down more than 33% as of July 15. Trader 0xAvast claims he rode CASHCAT from a $10,000 market cap to a $230 million peak. Those numbers are self-reported and unverified on-chain. What is confirmed: CASHCAT at peak was worth 12 times Robinhood Chain's tokenized RWA market. A chain built for serious finance got most of its noise from a cat coin.
And that's the catch. Robinhood Chain exists to host tokenized real-world assets. The RWA market cap on the network today sits at $12.66M. CASHCAT ate that thesis at peak.
0xAvast called the July 14 selloff "irrelevant FUD" and called for buying. CASHCAT kept falling. You've seen this before. The loudest buy-the-dip call in a memecoin cycle lands before the second leg down, not the bounce. Pepe spring 2023 had three of them.
If you're holding CASHCAT right now, Noxa's fee giveaway doesn't change your position. A launchpad removing its cut doesn't bring buyers back. It means creators keep a slightly larger share of a smaller pie. Except there are no new launches.
Robinhood Chain's RWA market cap is $12.66M. That's not a foundation. That's a placeholder.
Noxa's spam explanation is too convenient. The shutdown hit when the fee machine looked hottest, and the fee giveaway only looks noble after the cycle stopped paying.
If CASHCAT fails to recover to 50% of its reported peak market cap within 30 days, Robinhood Chain's memecoin cycle is over for now. Then the $12.66M RWA market has to carry the chain alone.
