Binance flagged four tokens for elevated risk. The mandatory quiz that follows is how delistings start.
Binance's risk quiz is not protection for SCRT, AEUR, PYR, and VANRY. It is the first step in the volume spiral that ends in delisting.

- →Binance added AEUR, PYR, SCRT, and VANRY to its Monitoring Tag list on July 3.
- →Traders now need a 90-day risk quiz to keep buying or selling those tokens.
- →A 20% Binance volume drop within 30 days would show the quiz is already pushing traders out.
- Monitoring Tag → A Binance label for higher-risk tokens. Traders must pass a short quiz every 90 days before buying or selling them.
- Delisting → When an exchange removes a token from trading, which can make it harder to sell and often pressures the price.
- Stablecoin → A token designed to track another asset, usually a fiat currency like the dollar or euro.
- Layer-1 → A base blockchain network that other apps and tokens can be built on.
Binance flagged four tokens today.
AEUR, PYR, SCRT, and VANRY were added to its Monitoring Tag list, effective July 3.
Traders who want to buy or sell these tokens must now complete a risk quiz every 90 days, per Crypto Briefing. No project team had responded publicly as of the announcement.
That's the catch. The quiz creates friction, which can reduce volume and widen spreads. Binance can then point to weaker trading as proof the token has degraded. The Monitoring Tag does not just warn. It can build the problem.
This is the third round of additions since May. ACT, BLUR, PIVX, and QKC landed on the list June 18. STORJ-related tokens were flagged before that. Binance is moving through its watch list faster than it was six months ago.
If you're holding any of these four, watch daily volume on Binance over the next two to three weeks. A drop of 20% or more is the signal.
AEUR is Anchored Coins' euro-pegged stablecoin. PYR is the token of Vulcan Forged, a gaming and NFT platform. SCRT powers Secret Network, a privacy blockchain. VANRY runs Vanar Chain, a layer-1 built for entertainment and media apps.
Binance has no published graduation rule for the Monitoring Tag. That turns the label from a warning into a wall for SCRT and PYR holders.
A 20% or greater drop in Binance daily volume for any of the four tokens within 30 days would confirm quiz friction is pushing out traders.
